Contract our Patching Services, Rent a Patcher, or Purchase a Refurbished Patcher Call for a list of Refurbished equipment currently available . Pavement Resources provides training on the DuraPatcher at no cost, so you can get the most productivity possible out of your rental. All that is needed to use the DuraPatcher is a simple tail-gate box kit mounted on your dump truck.

Jeff, I just wanted to thank-you for getting Sauk Rapids out of a bind earlier this summer. Earlier in the spring, Sauk Rapids had contracted the seal coating to be finished before the Benton county fair was to begin August 2-5. Staff shortages in the street department, along with other maintenance emergencies left a very small window to complete the necessary patching prior to seal coating work was to take place. Spray Inject PatchingAccording to the Federal Highway Administration, Spray Inject Patching is the longest-lasting, most cost-effective way to repair pavement-asphalt or concrete. MN-DOT has named Spray Inject Patching a Best Practice, meaning whenever possible Spray Inject Patching should be the method used for repairs. CrackFilling The proper routing, cleaning, and application of rubberized crackfiller to your asphalt will seal and extend the life of your pavement.

Hot Mix Asphalt Patching (HMA) as it is more commonly called, refers to the bound layers of a flexible pavement structure. For most applications, asphalt concrete is placed as HMA, which is a mixture of coarse and fine aggregate, and asphalt binder.

SweepingKeeping all outside areas clean and properly maintained is becoming increasingly recognized as an important element of successful business property management. Studies have shown that cleanliness ranks as a top factor in determining where people shop, and external cleanliness is seen by many as equally important as that of the interior of the building.

Sealcoating Application of a sealant (usually coal-tar emulsion or asphalt emulsion type) to preserve, protect, and beautify asphalt pavements. Generally used on low traffic streets or off-street locations. There are many different sealcoating products available from low-end "do-it-yourself" grades sold in buckets to commercial products. Commercial products are sold in bulk in concentrated form. Water, silica sand (or other suitable aggregates) and specialized additives are then added in precise ratios (mix design) by the contractor in an agitated mixing tank. Care should be taken to choose the appropriate product, mix design, and application method for the specific project and its location.

StripingPavement marking should never be considered the end of maintenance. Rather, lot marking indicates that all surface repairs are complete and the pavement is ready for efficient use by both the public and property owner.

Hours are weekdays and/or weekends, with some occasional overnight travel in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Performs the full range of repair and modification to equipmenttypically used in the construction industry.
